The house of the swallows A small farm house of 40mq in the countryside of Tuscia Lazio, at only 1Km from the historical centre of the splendid town of Acquapendente. This pretty town is situated on a few kilometers (10Km) from Tuscany and Umbria, ideal for those who love tranquillity and the sceneries our countryside are offering you the location of this characteristic farm house gives the guest the ability to live in direct contact with nature, far from the confusion of the cities, in the fresh air and the sounds of the land. You can make up ever morning and go on foot or by bike through a country path, that lets you enjoy all these splendid sceneries The farm house of the swallows keeps an origianl out line; even though decorated with traditional furnishing it is provided with all comforts. It is a two storey building, the around floor is formed by two areas, the 1st is with a small range and a table to eat, the other with a living-room furnitur and a fire place of stone. In this same round floor there’s also a bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms, the one with a big double bad and the other with two single beds, where you can add another bed. The house has got a big garden and you can bring your pets and also have a place where to park your car. The centre of Acquapendente is a really charming but for those who look for more other distraction we recommend: Riserva Naturale di Monte Rumeno 5Km, San Casciano dei Bagni 10Km, Lago di Bolsena 15Km, Pitigliano, Sorano e Sovana. 25Km, Orvieto 30Km, Viterbo Km 49, Terme di Saturnia 60Km, Siena 100Km, Roma 150Km.
