A farm in the heart of Valdelsa, where Art, Culture and landscape have characterized, at any time, the man's ingenious work. An ancient country-house, situated in panoramic hill, surrounded by olive - gardens and wood, guarrantees for an unforgetable stay in the tuscan landscape. The centenary farm "la Provvidenza", has preserved the typic rural building by conservative works to assure a pleasant rest. Near the wood, many sea fossils of shell. In the farm's ground it's possible to fired, with trained dogs, the very appreciated white San Miniato's truffle, cooked in the local typical restaurants. The farm produces a very good extravirgin olive D.O.P. (Denomination, Origin, Protected), whose tasting is offered. About twenty minutes by car you can find beatiful towns: S. Miniato, Certaldo, S. Gimignano, Vinci, Volterra. Firenze, Pisa, Livorno, Pistoia, Lucca are at less one hour by car.
